Hey, what’s going on? My name is Bob and I am an online strength and nutrition coach. 

I am so thankful that you are here right now and it is a pleasure to meet you!

Here is a little about myself:

I love to hangout with my friends and family. There is really nothing more important to me than this.

I also love to read books while cuddling with my dog because who doesn’t?.

Oh yeah, I am a professional coffee drinker as well. Thought I should throw that in there because who doesn’t like coffee?. 

When I am at the gym, you will probably catch me doing some form of bicep curls, abs, or flexing in the mirror (probably making a fool out of myself). But I can say that I am confident in my body and that’s my goal for you as well! Other than that, I am just a normal guy that loves to talk about sports.

 

Ok, enough about me. Now that we got that out of the way, let's talk about what really matters - YOU. This is all about you and helping you achieve your goals.

My passion is to help you achieve your health and fitness goals so you can feel and perform your best.

I want to help you transform yourself so that you can live your best life.

My coaching and website will not only teach you how to learn the habits necessary to build muscle, burn fat, and improve your overall quality of life with food and exercise. But, it will also teach you how to keep those results forever.

The most important thing you will learn is that you can’t mess up. You can always get right back on track.

I always say that the best diet for you is the one that you can stick to your whole life. There is no specific diet that you need to follow. You don’t need to follow any FAD diet to succeed. Instead, I help you pick foods that you enjoy from all diets. You will learn how to still be able to eat the foods you love while still being able to reach your goals.

You will still be able to go out and enjoy yourself. You can still go on vacation, go to parties, and go out to eat knowing that it is completely normal and fine to do so. You can still enjoy pizza, ice cream, cake in your healthy lifestyle. Because that is what life is all about.
